By accessing or using the Slice mobile application, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (EULA) and these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Slice is a social sports tracking application that allows users to log tennis matches, track statistics, connect with other players, and share their tennis journey. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of Slice, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent match results
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post objectionable content, hate speech, threats, or sexual content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise our systems
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post on Slice. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the service.

6. Match Verification

Match results logged on Slice may require verification from your opponent. We are not responsible for disputes regarding match outcomes. Users should resolve such disputes directly with each other.

7. Termination

Slice has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts immediately for violations. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

Slice is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
